The staff are exceptional and courteous, managed the parking onsite.

It was in an absolutely perfect location in proximity to almost everything.

Overall unique hotel, I did not want to leave.

The queen room is brand-new and has cable channels, a refrigerator, and ironing facilities. The beds are comfortable and the stuff is really helpful: D

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the hill, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I liked the hotel, everything was nice here. The room was well-appointed and big size and the beds were great. The staff was efficient & amiable. Favourable and stunning location, it was next to a hill, downtown Asheville, and Biltmore. Again, the venue was within walking distance of Azalea Church.

The place is unique and wonderful, we didn't want to leave!

We have stayed here before now and would recommend it. Outstandingly accommodating staff, particularly nice views of the mountains, everything is great. Queen room is modern, has a bright bathroom.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent for traveling around Asheville, just next door to Biltmore, Asheville proper and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Also, such main attraction as Folk Art Center was 2 miles from this hotel.

Particularly good and lovely location for visiting Asheville, it's close enough to Asheville, the Cove, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. One of tourist spots - Chatlos Memorial Chapel - is at a medium distance from the hotel, liked that.

The hotel is fairly clean, provides with attractive and reasonably spacious rooms. It offers favourable, stunning location. Besides, Western North Carolina Nature Center is 10 minutes' drive away.

The location was perfect and excellent for Asheville, very close to famous landmarks and the hill and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room we got was well-appointed with interactive open space, everything was nice.

I recently had a really nice stay at a hotel in the beautiful Asheville area. The property had a hip and modern feel to it, which I really liked. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful, especially when it came to accommodating my needs as a light sleeper. They even gave me guidance on selecting a suitable room, which was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was also great, offering a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. Plus, it was conveniently close to the Ingles supermarket and other attractions in the area. I found the hotel to be a good value for money and enjoyed the interactive open space in the rooms.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was just fine.

Unbeatable location to Folk Art Center. Found in a recreational area close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Cove and Asheville. Central heating, TV and an iron in the room and the comfortable bed. Modern decor of the room.

The location was particularly good and lovely - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Booked a room with particularly nice views of the mountains. It had a bright bathroom and climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator.

Although everything was great, some of the staff were very unfriendly.
